Leadership Skills Lab

Every great initiative has a leader. Leadership Skills Lab provides students with exposure to the key ideas in being an effective leader, such as knowing how to inhabit an authoritative role, leading teams, critical thinking, and inspiring and motivating individuals. We combine classroom exercises with readings from successful industry leaders and renowned organizational psychologists to bring the concepts to life. Students embark on the journey collectively, providing each other feedback, and helping each other become better leaders. Students aspiring to serve in executive leadership roles should enroll in this course.
